MEET THE TRAINERS
Rich Owen
Our lead trainer is Rich Owen, who studied at the National Personal Training Institute. Rich is passionate about exercise and doing what’s right for your body. He uses breathing techniques and proper form for the safest and most effective physical workout. He’s trained hundreds of people in the past 12 years from all ages. After serving in the Army 82nd Airborne in the late 1980’s, Rich worked in the corporate world and became 40 lbs overweight. In 2008, he changed his lifestyle through exercise and diet and has kept if off utilizing his workout programs, which are never the same and always fun, challenging yet accessible. Rich lives in Chalfont, PA and has been married to his wife Laura for 30 years. They have two children, Emma and Dallas.
JoAnne Amoroso
Our yoga instructor, JoAnne Amoroso, has been teaching group and private yoga classes since 2013. As a Scuba Diver and PADI Divemaster, she recognized the link between the fluidity of the breath and movement of the body. Focusing on alignment and poses that benefit the mind and body, her yoga classes are ideal for everyone, regardless of experience or background. Her philosophy is that yoga is not only empowering but life changing and the perfect symmetry for all athletes. JoAnne lives in Doylestown, PA with her husband Michael and an Irish Jack Russell Terrier.
